Lost Username or Password

If you forgot your firstRateiT account username or password, you can’t reset them, but you can retrieve them through your recovery email. Follow these steps to receive a username or password:

Receive Username

You can receive your username with the recovery email address associated with your account profile.
In the recovery email field, enter your recovery email address and click RECEIVE USERNAME.

You’ll receive an email from firstRateiT that contains the username associated with the recover email address you entered.

If you don’t receive this email within 10 minutes, check your junk or spam folder.

Receive Password

You can receive your password with the recover email address or username associated with your account profile.

You’ll receive an email from firstRateiT that contains the password associated with the recover email address or username you entered.

If you don’t receive this email within 10 minutes, check your junk or spam folder.
